Payment Terms

Confirmation of Your Party
*   20 % Deposit 14 Days prior to your event fully refundable
*   A cancellation fee of 50% of your deposit will apply if your event is
     cancelled within 7 to 3 days prior to the event. 
*   Deposits will not be refunded in case of short notice cancellations
     within 3 days prior to the event.
*   Final numbers are binding 3 days prior to the event
*   Extra numbers should be quoted with 24 hour notice 
*   We may credit above deposits for a future event upon our perusal
*   Balance of the total costs is due Cash on Delivery (COD)
*   Cheque payments on the day are subject to prior arrangement to
     approved customers only!
*   Cheque payments should be made 5 working days prior to the event
*   Credit card payments might attract a  3% surcharge and must be made prior to the event in our Geelong office. 
*   Approved Corporate customers or approved regular customers may apply for an 7 days payment account, (by prior arrangement only)

All prices stated are based on our standard service All prices stated include 10% GST

Our standard service is based on a minimum Adult meal size of 40 dishes.

Less Meal size numbers may attract extra charges or a different service structure.

An Event Confirmation Letter will be posted
