We supply a variety of the following specialties:

>   Venison Roast or Casserole
>   Hunter Sauce with forest mushrooms & herbs, red wine, peppercorns, cream and parsley
>   Buttered Potatoes (or choice of Dumplings or pasta)
>   Slice of Orange garnished with Cranberry Sauce
>   Fresh vegetables in season
>   Red cabbage or sauerkraut
>   Garnishing lettuce, tomatoes and parsley
>   Bread sticks and butter

Please note that all dishes are portion controlled per person
