Gourmet venison of young deer

We supply a variety of the following specialties:
- Venison Roast or Casserole
- Hunter Sauce with forest mushrooms & herbs, red wine, peppercorns, cream and parsley
- Buttered Potatoes (or choice of Dumplings or Pasta)
- Slice of Orange garnished with Cranberry Sauce
- Fresh Vegetables in season
- Red Cabbage or Sauerkraut
- Garnishing Lettuce, Tomatoes and Parsley
- Bread Sticks and Butter
Please note that all dishes are portion controlled minimum total of 200gr meat per person
