>   Gypsy Salad
     Ham, egg, tomato, peppers and mayonnaise served with toasted bread or garlic bread

>    Beef tartar on sourdough bread or pumpernickel

>   Beef stroganoff (served hot) served with rice or pasta

>   Chicken vol-au-vent with hollandaise sauce

>   2 veal dumplings in tomato or herb sauce

Customer has the choice of up to 2 different entrees per event
